NUTRIKS Balance consists of high-quality, food-grade vacuum salt and potassium chloride FCC, FAO, WHO, E508.

The anti-caking agents magnesium hydrogen carbonate and sodium ferrocyanide contained in the two products are used to improve flowability.

Reduce sodium without compromising on flavor and quality

  • Ready-to-use blend of sodium chloride and potassium chloride with 25% less sodium chloride
  • Optimal and well-tested mixing ratio enables a taste comparable to 100% sodium chloride
  • No significant technological difference is to be expected either (impact of salt on shelf life, viscosity, texture, etc.), since the chemical properties of KCl are similar to those of NaCl
  • Enrichment with potassium in food is beneficial to health due to an improved sodium/potassium ratio.
  • IFS certified
  • Can contribute to improving the Nutriscore.
